ESTABLISHMENT'S POLICY ON PERSONNEL

Compensation :


Compensation of the Employees is paid on monthly basis in accordance to the labour laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Local Government Authority.

Accommodation :


The Establishment provides standard accommodation with complete facilities to all the personnel nearest to place of work.

Transportation :


The Establishment provides the transportation facilities to all workers to and from the accommodation and to the sites.

Medical Facilities :


The Establishment provides free medical check-up and treatment to all staffs. First Aid facilities are provided at all the sites and camps.

Workmen's Compensation Policy :


All the personnel are covered under “GOSI” workmen's compensation policy.

Holidays :


Holidays shall be observed in accordance with the calendar as well as Labour office regulations. Vacations, gratuity and sick leave shall be provided as per rules and regulations of the labour office.

Safety :


Safety training is one of the most important responsibilities of our management, and accordingly we are providing training on safety measures to our Supervisors and all other personnel of the Establishment.
